Inflatable Doors are designed with inflatable gasket seals that expand when the door is closed, creating a leak-proof barrier to prevent air leakage and cross-contamination.

The Inflatable Door shall be of SS/GIPC construction with double-walled structure and smooth finish, suitable for cleanroom applications. The door shall be provided with Food grade Silicon gasket arrangement to ensure air-tight sealing during operation, thereby preventing cross-contamination and maintaining room integrity.

The door shall be equipped with double-glazed viewing panel, heavy-duty hinges, necessary hardware, and door closer for smooth and reliable operation.

The inflatable sealing system shall be operated through a pneumatic unit, ensuring uniform sealing pressure across the door periphery.

The door shall be integrated with electro-magnetic interlocking system for safety and controlled access.

The system shall be complete with control unit, pneumatic accessories, and necessary cabling and fittings for proper operation and integration with the cleanroom control system.
